Our CSR engagements

Domoscio is committed to respect the ten principles of the United Nations Global Compact, divided in four categories:

Human Rights

Businesses should support and respect the protection of internationally proclaimed human rights; and make sure that they are not complicit in human rights abuses.

Labour

Businesses should uphold the freedom of association and the effective recognition of the right to collective bargaining; the elimination of all forms of forced and compulsory labour; the effective abolition of child labour; and the elimination of discrimination in respect of employment and occupation.

Environment

Businesses should support a precautionary approach to environmental challenges; undertake initiatives to promote greater environmental responsibility; and encourage the development and diffusion of environmentally friendly technologies.

Anti-Corruption

Businesses should work against corruption in all its forms, including extortion and bribery.

More precisely, providing a balanced environment and developing its employees are among Domoscio’s priority concerns. First of all, our CSR policy consists in training all our teams on its key principles and continuously monitoring the good practices in terms of CSR.

As regards human resources, CSR is an integral part of our recruitment process as we promote parity, diverse origins, profiles and career paths. From an environmental perspective, remote working is made possible and encouraged in case of difficulty to come to our offices, and we strive to reduce waste, improve recycling and limit paper consumption.
